1LB GOAT,3COCONUTS GRATED,3TABLE SPOON CURRY POWDER,1 OZ GALIC,1 ONION, 5ML SALT (TO TASTE), 1/4 CUP OIL, 1 LB FLOUR (FOR DOUGH)

METHOD
PLACE OIL IN POT HEAT AND ADD GALIC,CURRY POWDER, ONION SALT 2-3 MINUTES UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWN. ADD GOAT AND MILK FROM GRATED COCONUTS. BOIL FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES. SERVE WITH DUMPLIN (DOUGH) WHICH SHOULD BE BOILED FOR 30 MINUTES.
