Recipe Ingredients
11/2 cabbage
cucumber cut lengthwise
1 lb s pepper
1 onion
3/4 bean sprout
oil
salt
1 lb christophene
1 lb carrot
1 lb cauliflower
4 stalks celery
cornflour
sugar
seasoning




Recipe Directions

heat oil, add chopped vegatables in order of cooking time. Add seasoning and cornflour when vegatables begin making water Lower heat while adding seasoning. Serve with noodles.

FRIED NOODLES
Boil first Do not stir, leave to make pan cake turn over once or twice. Fry in deep fat until cripsy. Break up and put in chow mein.
